About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Community Management Associate Intern to grow our digital presence, drive engagement, foster meaningful connections, and extract valuable user insights to inform product development. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience at the intersection of fashion and tech while working closely with a startup team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop community engagement initiatives and coordinate execution across all relevant channels.

  • Build and optimize email messaging flows to facilitate personalized, scalable interactions, such as feedback requests, product updates, referral programs, and onboarding sequences.

  • Onboard and support new users and proactively address community questions and pain points.

  • Moderate and nurture online discussions – foster an inclusive and positive community culture by monitoring conversations, responding to inquiries, and stimulating engagement through relevant content.

  • Create high-quality content, including announcements, how-to guides, tutorials, and feedback forms that enhance user experience.

  • Analyze feedback and performance metrics and provide insights to cross-functional teams.

  • Develop referral and advocacy programs that turn engaged users into brand advocates, incentivizing participation and word-of-mouth growth.

  • Act as the voice of the community by relaying insights to product, engineering, and marketing teams to refine the user experience and shape the roadmap.

  • A self-starter eager to grow your experience in community engagement and digital marketing.

  • Passionate about the intersection of fashion, AI and digital experiences.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using community management tools, email marketing platforms, and social media to build and sustain engagement.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Proficient with creative tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft, Canva, Capcut, Mailchimp or similar, etc.)
